• Some user complained that voltage will change slightly without adjusting it. In fact, this is normal when your device is working. Besides, ambient temperature, magnetic field, signal noise will also affect output voltage. But the change is slight and acceptable. It will not damage most of the electronics.
• The power cord between power brick and DC plug will lead to 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, so we designed the screen displayed voltage was 3.5V~24.5V. Only in this way can your device really get 3V~24V voltage. This is the reason why we advertise the power supply's voltage range is 3V~24V, not 3.5V~24.5V.
• The 4cm short black power cord is a reverse polarity converter, not extension wire. It is used to reverse the original polarity of the power supply output port ( reverse the internal positive pole to negative , and the external negative pole to positive). Please confirm the polarity of your devices’ power port before use. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will cause short circuit and damage your device.
